Perhentian 2010.

The trip was from the 12th March 2010 till 15th March 2010. Bie accompanied me home last minute and then we chilled a while before meeting PYan at the mall-near-PWTC-which-I-have-forgotten-the-name.

Taken by my mom, only he layan LOL.

Took the LRT at Salak South with PYan and then to the mall for dinner. Chose Pizza Hut which was a total let down. Bad choice, sucky food, terrible service. I will never go there again. Pfft. Ordered our food and PYan went off. So while waiting..

PYan came back and then not long after that, food was served. Munch on them hungrily despite the terrible quality.

My Ayam Masak Merah Rice from Pizza Hut, was quite okay.

This drink had a cool story. It was one hell of a con job from Pizza Hut. We ordered Sprite, they wanted to serve us Mirinda Orange. We said we ordered Sprite and not Mirinda, they serve us one which tasted like Sprite + Air Paip. We complained to the service crew, hoping they will bring us another cup of Sprite without the taste of Air Paip, and they brought us 100 plus. Stupid people. Pfft.

Done with our food, waited for Meng Tsu to meet us and a photo with PYan while waiting.

Walked to the bus station at almost 8ish and supposed to meet the rest by 8.30p.m. As usual, Malaysians are always off timing. A few reached at almost 9. Tsk tsk. :p While waiting for the bus, took photos with those who are going to Pulau Perhentian in this trip.

Boarded the bus at almost 10 pm, no photos because that time was a mess. Managed to sleep quite a lot though. but pity bie, was almost flatten by me. xD Woke up at 2.30 like that because it's a short break for the driver and also the passengers who wish to eat. :D

After a few more hours, we finally reached Terengganu around 6.30 in the morning. There was the Chinese and Malay mamak stalls, we went for the Chinese one since there was bigger space for us and our luggage. x]

Sat till around 8 and walked to the Cozy Chalet's office to get the tickets and registration done with Aud, Bie and KH.

To the jetty at around 9.30 am because the boat's arrived when initially the in-charged person told us that the first boat will arrive only at 10ish.

Boarded our speedboat with our luggage. There was another small family with us but we practically owned speedboat with our voices and loudness. xD

We waited for quite some time because the marine police didn't let us off like they did to other boats.

After an hour of bumpy ride in the middle of the sea due to the waves and screaming at the top of our lungs whenever the speedboat is in the air, finally arrived at Perhentian Besar.

Back to our chalets, bathed and made drinks like coffee and Milo. The feeling of drinking, eating and chatting in the balcony overlooking the sea cannot be described with just merely words. The feeling was absolutely amazing, trust me. :)

That night had a badminton match by the way. Thought that after dinner, can finally rest in the chalet. But the boyfriend asked me to accompany him all the way back down to the restaurant saying he wanted to watch badminton. PFFFTTT. So ended up going down fleets of stairs and on the way, we saw this.

A huge gigantic lizard OMG! You don't get to see this in KL seriously. It's so huge I thought it was an iguana.

When we almost reached the restaurant, he suddenly decided to change his mind and wanted to sit at one of the beach chairs instead. I got puzzled. But anyway, it was good cause we were facing the sea and chatting to each other almost about everything. ;)

Later, the light at Perhentian Kecil which was reflected onto the sea made it look like it was a moon. I told him that and he said I was lame. Pfft. Chatted a while more and suddenly, he repeated what I said about the reflection of the light and said he couldn't see any stars. He then took out a ring with diamond studs on it and shone the ring using a torchlight and said those were the stars. I went speechless and tears rolled down immediately. :') I was touched at that moment and come on, just say Aww with me. :p

Back to the chalet after a while more of enjoying the sounds of waves. Chatted with the rest except for KH since he was sick and had a good sleep after. :D Woke up early next morning for our free yummilicious breakfast.

Went for our snorkelling and island hopping session that consists of 7 places which cost us rm50 after bargaining the day day before.

At around 1, we had our lunch at one of the small village nearby. Food wasn't that nice though. This time, we tried M&Ms shake.

Continued our island hopping session and also snorkeling. Learned how to make baby footprints and sand balls. xD

We saw angmohs and since we girls got sick of snorkeling, decided to take photos instead. :p

Got hot guys there but in my mind, the hottest one is my boyfriend. :p

Some went back to the chalet cause they were tired and couldn't take the heat anymore. I continued staying at the beach with WX, Aud, MT and Chimp. KH joined us later on.

And the final shot before Win Nie's camera went dead. We both fully utilised our cameras because the batteries were totally dead before night falls. :p

Played volleyball after the sunset till around 7ish and walked back to our chalets before the tides are high. Cleaned ourselves up and wanted to go for BBQ dinner but it ended by 9. So we ate the ala carte dishes just like the previous night.

They gave 3 big prawns this time. Like, really huge ones.

And a whole fish. W-o-w.

The price were around RM 15 for the dish and the rice I think. It was really worthy for the food quality and quantity so no complains for it. :D Continued chatting a while more then back to our chalets for games session.

Woke them up and this time, Chimp was not feeling well. We ended up playing Chor Dai Di with 8 people again. Strategy was to not have the most cards because the punishments were eating a whole bar of Tiger Biscuits and whatever titbits that we've brought to Perhentian. Really hilarious moments. xD Slept at almost 4 in the morning I think. Woke up next day and we had no time for another round of free breakfast due to the early bus schedule. Pfft. Checked out and waited for the boat.

The bus was already there and so, we walked to the bus. It was a double decker, we didn't know till that day itself.

Scary drivers and terrible service cause they didn't check the passengers before moving. PYan and KH were left behind cause they went to take hot water for Maggi Cup and we did tell the bus driver that we still have friends who hadn't boarded the bus. This not only happened to us, but to another group of passengers as well. Stupid drivers. PFFT.

Reached the bus station near PWTC at almost 6. Decided to have our dinner together so we walked all the way to I-don't-know-where with our luggage to have our Bak Kut Teh. :D

Overall, the trip was definitely another enjoyable one. Another worthy memory of entertainment and food despite the terrible service from the bus company and the fleets of stairs before reaching our chalets. xD
