I just went down to the gym room to further my diet plan not too long ago. I wanted to run for 30 minutes but I stopped after 10 minutes. Was dizzy after that and till now, I don't feel well.
And I need to resist the temptations of the good food in order to diet. But I don't seem to see it's working because I am still so round wtf. I really need someone to help me in losing weight. I don't wanna be called si bulat lah.
