Have you ever wondered what it felt like to be turned down by just a simple phrase, " I can't. " after going through all the plannings and uncertainties?
I have. In fact, we have.
It is not easy to come up with something together because we have to consider every single person and not just ourselves. We're not perfectionists, but we do want everyone to be there because this may be the last time together before going separate ways. And so, when we're finally done with setting the dates, we only need your answers and we hope it's a yes.
Well, it would be acceptable if we're given a reason whereby you do not have the green light for it or you'll be elsewhere with your family members. If you have your plans before ours, we would be okay with it too.
Unfortunately, you chose them over us. They planned later than us and we are the one who need to face the disappointments. As for us, we chose to leave the decisions to yourselves. No, we're not angry. We're just upset and tired of pursuading but it's alright. Sooner or later, we won't need to go through the rejections anymore.
We choose to stop caring. To those who are related to this post, no hard feelings. It's just me expressing how we really felt. Again, the decision is yours and whatever it is, we will respect it. After all, the most important thing is to enjoy after a whole year of books. :)
Anyhoos,my advice to everyone is to be considerate before finalising your decisions the next time you need to make one because sometimes, this world is not just about you. :)
